Cedar Jet and Hootchie Predator/Prey Rig

Two 4 ½” hootchies rigged in line, ahead of a 6” natural colored Cedar Jet. The rigging includes 130 lb. premium monofilament, beads, aluminum sleeves and a 250 lb. Rosco swivel with loop protector. These rigs are extremely well made and will hold up to the rigorous demands of offshore trolling. The Cedar Jet and Hootchie Predator/Prey Rig swims in a seductive serpentine pattern that drive fish wild. Predator/Prey rigs simulate a larger baitfish feeding on smaller baitfish. This often stimulates the competitive instincts of gamefish, enticing them to strike the “feeding” baitfish. Like Daisy Chains and Spreader Rigs, the Predator/Prey Rigs allows anglers to place multiple lures in their trolling spread, thereby increasing the size and appeal of their “school” of lures. The attraction of the hootchies combined with the bubble trail caused by the jet-head, make this rig irresistible to opportunistic predators.
